Kampen is surrounded by the national landscape IJsseldelta, hemmed in by the Zwarte Water, the IJssel and the Zwarte Meer lake. A beautiful fresh water delta with unique natural and cultural values. The area is filled with possibilities for cyclists and hikers. Various beautiful routes have been mapped out, including the IJsseldelta route, the Zalkerveer route and the route Rondje-Pontje (Round-trip Ferry).
